I just found out that North American Savings Bank, the premiere provider of non recourse loans for buying properties with your self-directed IRA, has suspended loans in Arizona until further notice. That means you can live in Arizona and buy a property in another state but NASB won’t finance a property in Arizona. That stinks. [...]
