  1. Looks good Susan,
I enjoyed your course, although I have done all that before as I have been in the business 42 years so I have done double escrows, flipping property many times it is a great way to make fast money as I have before, but the market is flooded with REO’s and Short Sales right now, that system dosen’t work unless there are homes out there like it used to be.Don’t you agree???I am going to go ahead and be optomistic and start again but it will not be near as much fun as it used to be!!!
    Evvy

    • Hey Evvy, I think with the abundance of REO’s and foreclosures out there now is a great time to be investing!

  2. Hey, really interesting to see these results, Susan. Thanks for posting! Really insightful to see a finger on the pulse of where everyone is.

5 marriage proposals??? Wow, that’s awesome!

    Well done, Lassy!

  3. Milk shampoo? That’s a new one on me and I do hair!!! And all of us love SMART women so that does not surprise me on the proposals..

    • Dean, it’s not milk shampoo it’s a product you put in your hair just before you blow it dry. And thank you for the compliment. :-)

  4. Yeah, I’d love to see a picture of the blow dry. I’m just saying…

  5. Hey Soos, great survey! I just wanted to say that I’m a witness to this point that you made: “I rarely take “no” for an answer and always keep trying to find a way to make it work.” Love that about you!

  6. Hey Susan,
Thanks for the result on your annual survey. I think the results was right on the money. Looking forward to more good stuff from you in 2012.

  7. Thanks TLC – I’m working hard on it even as we speak.

  8. Your training is so full of current info that it really is helpful. I thought
“credible guru” was an oxymoron, but You are the exception! I was hoping for more on “wholesaling”, will wait & see. Thanks!

  9. Susan,

I love your information. I have an idea that I didn’t put in the survey. Would you consider doing some webinars or trainings on the psychology of being a real estate investor. In particular, how we can develop that “take no for an answer” attitude you have. I think that would be very helpful especially for us newbies.

    Thank you.

    • hey George, yes! I already have a program in the works called Prosperity Planner Pro that will address all those issues!

  10. Without question, all of the information contained in that survey speaks straight from the heart of my struggles also! I am so excited to join Susan’s team, so that I can turn my life around for the better!

Thanks for all of the great knowledge Susan!

  11. That’s great to hear. Also, would you consider creating a “SLL” members community where your students can communicate and maybe talk about things such as, partnering on deals, becoming private money partners, etc. Again, in a community of only your students.

    Thanks again.

  12. Hi George, yes we have community forums for that purpose in InvestorInsightsElite.com and also in Syndication Success.

  13. Hi, Susan
Good Survey. I run with the majority of your respondents in the areas reporting percentages (six out of nine areas.)
I would love to talk with you about the results I obtained searching for bulk REOs from portfolio banks in my county, using your advice and training–and where I go from here.
