Have you traded your real life for countless hours in front of the “boob tube”?

Don’t get me wrong, I personally enjoy watching TV and am a huge movie fan. In fact, I’m a huge “Biggest Loser” fan, but I usually don’t even watch that “live”. I record it on my DVR and watch it without commercials a few days later.

Have you ever logged how much TV you watch in a week?

If you want to grow your business, you need to realize the “cost” of TV watching. Believe me, everything has a cost so make sure that you’re not cheating your business or yourself by too much TV time.

According to Veronis Suhler Stevenson’s Communications Industry Forecast and Report quoted by the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2003, the average American spent 1,745 hours watching television, which works out to 145 hours a month.

That’s more than six complete days in front of the TV each month.

That’s 4.8 hours PER DAY.

What could you accomplish if you cut your TV time in half?
