Here’s Your Buyers and Foreclosures List
I was doing some research on a Las Vegas based real estate investor that scammed me out of $300 and stumbled across this site.
It’s totally free and you can use it to build a buyer’s list and a recent foreclosures list in many different markets. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Zac
I agree. This is a good one to find multifamily buyers: http://www.dynaxys.com/hudsales/
Hi Susan,
Yeah, sorry to hear about that. These idiots are in my backyard, so I’ll be keeping an eye out for them. Thanks for the video. Good stuff!
Susan,
Thanks for the tip on the website…sorry to hear about you getting separated from your $300. Bummer. I have started to unsubscribe to your emails several times and each time i say “well let me look at what she’s talking about today before i do it”…and each time i am pleasantly surprised with the usefulness of your content. Keep up the good work! and Thanks again!
Hey, no unsubscribing now, you hear?
Susan,
There are a lot of people like that out there in many businesses. One thing to remember; they will pay in the end. Thank goodness we have someone of the integrity like you. We are so thankful you named names. It is refreshing to get emails from you. We know to ALWAYS OPEN yours!!! The BEST investment we ever made was to join your premium program. Thanks a million.
Aww… thanks Darlene!
Sorry to hear about the scam, Susan. Fortunately it was only $300 and not $30k! Thanks for alerting us by naming names. You are brave!
Thanks for the great info. You always have good stuff and I look forward to opening your emails — it’s like Christmas!
You are most welcome!
Great information! Thanks, Susan!!! I had a hard time pulling information at first. I think you blew up their website. It’s back, now!
LOL! Yep, they’re probably wondering what the heck just happened.
Hello Susan,
Thanks for information.
AWESOME INFO! Dealt with many frauds myself recently. Thanks a bunch.
Susan,
I read a book once, “Why Bad Things Happen To Good People” it made me feel better. It’s also GREAT to know that the Lord will handle folks like that on our behalf. So hey no worries, keep your head to the sky, Your feet on the ground, and Your heart in the moment. Things happen for a reason and everything always works out in the end.
Randy
We have found in our forty years in this business, there is one under every rock, thanks for your work.
Susan–
Sorry for your misfortune… Karma is a B*TCH! They’ll get theirs. Don’t lose sleep over this, you’re more valuable to us by doing what you do. A special blessing to you and your family. Thanks for the website.
My best,
Dexter
I just got scammed too! 2 g’s!
bddnv.com = dnu!
Susan, I am very sorry that that happened to you. It is getting bad and seems to be growing. However take comfort in the fact that, “vengence is the LORD’S, and he will repay”. Please also report them to the proper authorities so if this has been on-going they can be stopped.
Thanks though for always sharing what you have with others, myself included!!
Hi Susan,
I just found this part of the website and was wondering who it is that scammed you. I noticed posts that say you named the company, person, etc. Could you let me know so that I don’t fall prey to the same thing?? I would surely appreciate it.
Thanks,
Linda
Susan, thank you so much for giving back. The following come to mind when thinking of you; Great Character, True Professionalism and a Great Sense of Humor (you had me cracking up on last nights wholesale webinar (mentioning scam)and I’m still laughing as I’m typing this post.
This is awesome ‘Take Me by the Hand’ info and last night’s ‘Wholesale’ webinar’ was off the chain and I’m ‘lovin’ it! There are no hooks with Susan – there’s no “You need to spend an additional $5000 in mentoring if you want to be successful”- just good solid meat and potatoes (or wheat-grass and carrots) information that sticks to your ribs. You get the point.
I am currently working as a full-time Notary Signing Agent (I’m the girl notarizing all the RE deals). Soon, however, I’ll be the girl doing the deals. Only by the grace of God, I am recovering from the mortgage meltdown. I have purchased 2 courses of Susan’s and she gave better than expected information. I know that I am now equipped to not only fly but soar. Susan’s courses and support are better than expected. I found that if she says she’s going to do something, she will do it – and that my friends, just doesn’t happen too much in business today. I just need a little more ‘soft-cost’ money put together for doing basic business. I look to launch my biz on or before Jan. 2, 2011.
Surely, you really do reap what you sow. Thank you Susan for diligently sowing good seed into the fertile ground of others. May the Lord continue to give you wisdom and mightily bless your harvest. Galatians 6:7 tells us “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap”.
Blessings to you and your family Susan. Thank you.
Regina J Brown
Regina: Wow. I’m sitting here with tears in my eyes reading this – I’m humbled and so proud to have a part in your inevitable success. Thank you Regina for your thoughtful comments. I appreciate YOU!
Cool little find Susan. Keep them coming! I just found your blog and I’ve got it in my rolodex now…
Thanks for sharing the website info. I am sure it will help all of us.
Appreciate the sincerity.
Susan, hi, I tried a couple of reloads on this blog page and clearing my cookies and cant see a video above? or see any link to the Buyers and FC list. I would greatly appreciate if you sent me these resources. Thanks!
Hey Larry. Install or update your Flash player and you should be good to go.
Hey Susan,
Thank you for the video; great content as always.
I know this blog has been up for a while, but it made me think about a gradually new trend that i’ve been noticing and was wonder if you’ve noticed it too; “Tailored Searched Results”.
It’s where your previous searches influence the result of your present search. “Tailored search results” makes me wonder about what websites am i missing the opportunity of “stumbling upon”?
So is this a trend you’ve been noticing as well and if so have you “stumbled upon” : ) any fixes.
P.S. I’m a GOOGLE user so I haven’t tested this occurence on other engines.
Hi Susan,
Thanks for the site info. I found quite a few names and I’m about to do some direct mail contact.
Also, what time is your Wednesday morning webinar,(Eastern Standard)? I seem to miss it every week due to the time difference.
Thanks again.
