    This is a fantastic tool. I was talking with an investor client this morning letting him know I’d be in touch with the next week regarding what he’s looking for. I used his criteria as a test to play with on Finest Expert.I was astounded! Accurate rent info, Accurate comps, Maps and pics all right there. Susan I had to say thanks. You made my job as a Real Estate Investment broker so much easier!

    Hi Susan,

    Fantastic site. Thanks for sharing. I love many features but must say that I am disappointed to discover that in the market I’m currently active in many of the listings are old. Sold, closed. Months ago. But showing as active. Have you found this to be a problem?
