Hey guys, guess what? I’m finally finished going through Jack’s Land Profit Generator course. I got early-bird access so I could review and let you all know what I think. I think it’s gonna be a hit. Here’s the deal. This strategy is completely different than anything else right now in real estate investing. No dealing with tenants, financing or any of that stuff. It’s dealing with land. Buying it super cheap, like just a couple hundred bucks, and flipping it for thousands. My very first real estate deal back in 1994 was a land deal! I bid on a vacant parcel at a tax lien auction in Arapahoe County, Colorado. I won the lien for $17! And it never redeemed so I get the Treasurer’s Deed for a few hundred bucks. I still have that land. Jack’s Land Profit Generator strategy is so much simpler (and faster) because he teaches us how to get the land BEFORE it hits the auction. That way you eliminate all the competition and don’t have to give the owner time to redeem their delinquent tax bill in order to get title to the land. Nice.
