Certified Financial Planners – Stay Away!

So a “Certified Financial Planner” just bought a copy of my e-book Mortgage Secrets for Real Estate Investors. (Aren’t they supposed to know this stuff already?)

Anyway, he wrote “When purchasing your product I thought I was getting insight into how to deal with the current environment and not a course on investment loans.”

Um, hello? I train real estate investors, not certified financial planners. Don’t they have their own trainers? YES, this IS a course on investment loans hence the title Mortgage Secrets for Real Estate Investors. LOL!
