A brand new commercial leads site just launched. It’s called CommercialDeals.com. Looks like they’re going to try to give C-Loans.com a run for their money.

Here’s the spiel:

CommercialDeals.com is your source for FREE commercial real estate finance leads.  Leads may include all project types (e.g., acquisition, refinance, value-add, development) and financing scenarios (e.g., conventional and private money debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, joint venture, equity).

Borrowers:
To request financing, simply login/register and click on “Post Lead” to submit a questionnaire for your deal.  Once posted, you may be contacted via your registration information.  We recommend you update your deal periodically by clicking “Edit Lead”.  This moves your lead to the top providing greater exposure to active deals.  In our Referrals section you will find listings of brokers/lenders.  You may also post questions for lenders in our Forums.

Lenders:
Search the “Leads Directory” for deals, and click on each individually to view detail and contact information.  You may also promote your services in our Forums.

Brokers:
You may act in both borrower/lender capacities.
