I just got back last night from a marketing conference in Los
Angeles and can barely see my computer over the pile of mail
and messages, but I wanted to get this info to you ASAP.
Eric “The Wholesale King” Medemar is a good friend of mine.
His interview in my REI Summit 2008 event last June blew everyone
away. For the main reason that he doesn’t hold anything back.
He had me pulled out of a cocktail reception Saturday to tell
me about his latest promotion. I was a little mad because I had
just ordered an Appletini, but what he told me was stunning.

Hi Susan,
Just wanted to email you to let you know how much I appreciate your “Investor Insights.” I have heard about house clearing from other sources. I believe that there was a report on this at either HGTV or on Discovery (My feeble mind can’t recall which). I suppose that it can’t hurt except for the fact that it costs the owner some money that perhaps she or he doesn’t have. I personally don’t believe in such things, but that’s just me. Anyway, thanks for all the info on “Insights.” It is truly appreciated!!
