I have heard about house clearing from other sources. I believe that there was a report on this at either HGTV or on Discovery (My feeble mind can't recall which). I suppose that it can't hurt except for the fact that it costs the owner some money that perhaps she or he doesn't have. I personally don't believe in such things, but that's just me.
