The three main ways that Brad teaches syndication are as a buyer, a financier and/or a wholesaler. Each syndication model is structured differently so the answer to #2 is you should always comply with securities laws no matter what you’re doing. I think the question is do you need to register your offering.

If you’re putting together an LLC to bring together equity investors as active members on a purchase then no but if you’re floating a PPM then yes.

OK–I’m curious, but as always full of questions:
1. Syndicates are organizations and partnerships governed by operating agreements, usually. What kind of syndicate is typical in Brad Wozny’s “6 Figure Syndicate” and how is it organized?
2. Does the “syndicate” have to comply with securities law?
If he answers these questions in the package, then I’m more inclined to look further. Does he? Thanks, Susan.
