    Hey Susan. Thanks for sharing this new tool. I hadn’t heard of it yet. It will come in very handy in researching properties.

    I’m into selling internet real estate also nowadays in addition to physical properties.

    Doesn’t have a whole lot of varierty for Canada.

    Where does it pick up the listings from? I noticed a http://www.listingrocket.com link ubder the listings but it comes to a page no further links.

      Hey Sam – I have no idea where the info comes from. I imagine from a ton of listing sources including the one you mentioned. Those sneaky Google guys play it close to the vest.

    I am so jealous of the information and tools that you have in the US!! You guys would cry if you saw the stuff we have to work with in Canada. We now have Google Streetview in some cities in Canada which is great… but you won’t find any public listings of foreclosures or sold property information!!

    This is really cool!! Great video. Great tool for doing research before you even leave your house. Nice work Susan.
