Does that line sound familiar? It’s actually from one of my favorite movies, Jerry Macguire. Jerry was doing everything in his power to get Rod his $10 million dollar contract but he was at a loss.

I feel like that today.

I spent last weekend in Las Vegas with every real estate investing guru on Earth telling me what THEY think you need to know about investing in real estate. I’m more interested in knowing what YOU want to know.

    I am just starting out in investing, therefore everything is new to me. I am concern about the future of the realestate market. Also I want to learn more about lending. Our, My husband and I,income to debt ratio scare alot of lenders. Your blueprint package looks good to us, although we had just bought a Lease options system and I want to finish the system before I spend time on a new one. We are keeping our ears and eyes open to REO’s too.

    I am looking for a mentor or partner to help locate deals in Colorado. How about a network area.

    I am an investor and have been to a number of seminars both on line and in hotel settings and always come away with paralysis from too much info and doubt.

    Any way to let people know of scams to avoid?

    I would like to know how to get an online business on the internet. I see all these promotions on the internet but would like to have something ligitimate that I can count on and moke money doing so. Do you know of any opportunities that will help me? Thanks for your help. Mo Sandoval

    I’d like to know what *exact* steps I need to take to fund deals without using my own credit.

    I already have an LLC that has be just sitting there since 2007. No debt, no credit etc. Is it really possible to build business credit in this market?

    Two things.
    1. How to get bank owned listings?

    2. I am tied up getting huge financing for a commercial building right now and am concerned about buying anything while I am doing this. It is driving me crazy seeing deals pass me by. Can I continue other investing while in the middle of this finance deal?

    Susan Lassitor-Lyons and Bill Bronchick are my favorites. They are straight shooters in this murky land of REI Education.

    Susan, I use Coop Assignment to lease option from seller for 36 months, then assign the deal for a 3% fee. I use this to get chunk cash.

    What is you opinion of that strategy?

    I am looking to unload my investment properties either wholeslae or retail and could really use some help from you. All of my properties are income producing with positive cash flow. My tenants are stable and trouble free tenants. I have put ads on Craiglist, postets, local REI club and have not had any luck. Please advise!

    Also, I am looking to have an online business. The products should be in high demand but I don’t know where to start with internet marketing. Please help!

    I am interested in all of them. Creative financing is the most interesting to me. How to get the money. Without money you can’t do the deals.

    I am looking for dept partners to purchase commercial real estate investments. I have gotten other packages that say that they can find you private funds/partners but I find when I purchase them there is more up sale products that they always want to sell you before you get to the punch line.Do you know of anybody that has a whole one stop information package that will REALLY lead you to private funds to purchase commercial property that is priced so that most people can afford it????????????
