House Clearing?

So, my neighbor David Stevens is what I call a “woo-woo.” I remember meeting him for the first time when he and his wife Rochelle moved in 5 or 6 years ago. We exchanged the usually pleasantries over the back yard fence that we share. The exchange went something like this:

David: “So what do you do?”

Susan: “I own a mortgage company and invest in real estate. What about you?”

David: “I’m a clairvoyant.”

Susan: (thinking to myself, “Ei yi yi” and then realizing “Oops, I bet he just read my mind.”)

Over the years David and I have become good friends – going to basketball games, plays and dinner parties – and his business, Yoga of the Mind has really flourished.

What does this have to do with you?

Well, one of the fastest growing segments of his business is “house clearing.”

He works with local real estate agents and real estate investors who have properties that have been on the market a long time. He “energetically” clears out the bad stuff and typically they end up selling shortly thereafter.

The Denver Post just did a profile on him. Take a look at the video. Maybe it’s worth a try if you have a property that’s not selling!

    I believe House Clearings are fakers that really
    does nothing.. but a waste of time and money period!

    Thanks for the great video. It’s not nearly as ‘woo woo’
    as many believe it to be. I also offer remote clearing of
    land or property as long as I have the following information:

    APN or ID #
    Legal Description of Parcel
    County/Township/State/Territory

    I don’t know if you’re familiar with dowsing, but it’s been
    utilized for centuries with great accuracy in many regards, however most people who are familiar associate it with locating water. There are many ways dowsing can benefit land and property owners. I do not have a website, but I’m happy to answer any questions regarding the process.
