HUD just published their Fair Market Rents for 2010.

Fair market rents are used to determine such things as HUD rental assistance amounts and thresholds for qualifying for housing assistance. If yuo’re a landlord, especially if you have or want to have Section 8 properties, you’ll want to pay attention!
