    Susan,

    That is great. Do you have any suggestions for proof of funds on bulk reo deals? I just had one come in for $6.6M and am expecting another one momentarily probably for about the same. It will be between a 48% and 54% LTV.

    That’s the type of deal when you have to have a person ready to buy at the same time.I don’t think think that will help me any.

    THIS SOUNDS GREAT!!!
    EVEN THOUGH THE COSTS ARE ROLLED IN AND THERE IS NO UPFRONT COSTS, WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
    THERE ARE DIFFERENT COMPANIES DOING THIS AND THEY CHARGE DIFFERENT % AND/OR FEES

    If I have a deal for more than say the limit;

    Can I find additional funding while using the proof of funds letter until the buyer closes?

    Based on the last update…do you still provide transactional funding for 60 days?
