Top tier information as usual. The ratios and the importance for each is great to have, but the most compelling take away as i move forward with MLO, is the Max Loan Amount. Wow! Truly empowering to have the ‘buy right’ formula for a purchase price and correlating loan amount for the next guy in line for the flip or for me as a take out loan for my buy and hold for cash flow strategy. I feel as though a missing piece has really dropped into place. I’m here because I voted for investor insights and have a few of your courses, but this is powerful. Really, thank you very much. I’ve been a mtrg broker for 12 years and it opens up a lot of stuff.
