Lease Options Exist – Video Proof!

Hey everyone! Last week I was walking my dog Lucy near a new luxury condo and townhome development a few blocks from my house. I noticed they put up a new sign and I was pretty amazed at what it said.

So, this morning I took my handy little (and I mean little) Panasonic SDR-57 and shot a quick video for you on my way to the office. Hope you like it.

I’ve already gotten a few questions from people that saw it on Viddler and YouTube …

– The sticker in my back window says WOOF

– I drive an Audi allroad

– Yes, unfortunately that is bird poop on my windshield.

    Ha! Yep, I live on the edge. I think it’s OK… in my neighborhood when they see the allroad they usually get out of the way!

      Don’t let that stop you Marion. Lease option is a perfect strategy for you. You can always raise capital from private lenders & your credit isn’t an issue.

    Susan, how do you get around the agent to the owner? The agents usually stonewall since their commission is in jeopardy with MLO.
