Loopnet Distressed and Auction Properties
I got an email from LoopNet a few days ago called the “Distressed and Auction Bulletin.” First time I have seen that. And I like it.
I usually don’t pay much attention to LoopNet. I think it’s a decent place to do practice due diligence, find local real estate brokers in markets I’m targeting and occasionally I’ll do a keyword search for “seller financing” to see if there are ant motivated apartment building owners but I think most of the listings there are crap.
However, now that they are listing distressed and auction properties maybe I’ll pay closer attention. Who knows, maybe they’ve been doing it all along and I just haven’t been paying attention.
If you’re interested in getting these bulletins, just sign up for a free account at LoopNet and you’ll start seeing them, too.

Susan,
Yes, “… they’ve [Loopnet] been doing it all along and [you] just haven’t been paying attention.
Susan: Will you do a webinar on how to search and analyze a property using Loopnet as the platform? 1. How to look up properties and, 2. How to analyze a good deal that is found on loopnet?
Well, there aren’t any good deals on LoopNet in my opinion.
I have a training called “Is it a Good Deal” in the Investor Insights Premium Club archives. If you’re a Premium member you have access.
