My Honest Bulk REO Trader Review
OK, I’ve had a chance to go through Kenny Rushing’s Bulk REO Trader course (pictured here) and here’s what I did to make it easy on all of us.

I put together a side by side comparison of my Bulk REO Secrets course and Kenny’s Bulk REO Trader course. Take a look.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, Kenny purchased my course back in October 2009 and from what I can tell took massive action and then used the techniques as a basis for his course.
That’s awesome. I love it when people take massive action and experience huge success in anything.
I like to keep things relatively low key. That’s why you won’t see me doing a huge product launch for my products or throwing P.Diddy style parties with red carpets and Ferraris. I’m more of a flip flops and shorts kinda girl.
Up until now, I’ve really taken the high road with some myths that are being thrown out by the marketers that are promoting Kenny’s course. Let’s separate some fact from fiction, shall we?
1. Many are saying in their bazillion emails promoting Bulk REO Trader that “these bulk REO investing strategies aren’t being taught by anyone else.”
That’s obviously false. I have my Bulk REO Secrets course and Duncan Wiermann has a Bulk REO course. Both were available before Bulk REO Trader.
2. I just read one email from a marketer that said his Bulk REO Trader bonus package was “mandatory.”
Huh? Obviously that’s a marketing spiel to get you to buy through his affiliate link.
3. I also just got an email promoting the course that says “I’m going to show you how to make your first million too — and it won’t cost you a cent!”
Um, yeah, but you have to buy the course first so it’s costing you quite a few cents.
OK, that’s enough of that. Let’s get back on the high road.
Here’s my honest opinion of the “competing” bulk REO courses.
For experienced investors who want to learn bulk REO investing and get enough information, training and support to experience success like Kenny then Bulk REO Secrets with its $197 price tag is going to be perfect for you.
If you’re a complete newbie and are looking for more guidance and “bells and whistles” such as the 90 Day Advisor Hotline (not Kenny personally), the Live Seminar, the VIP “P-Diddy” style party, the Done for You Buyer’s List, the Deal Analyzer software and the Bulk REO Trader Insider Network forums then Kenny’s Bulk REO Trader is the package for you.
Ordinarily I, too, will put together a huge bonus package for people that trust me and my recommendations and want to buy the course through my affiliate link.
Not this time.
And it’s crazy, too since I can make a commission of $498.50 to $1,495.50 PLUS $48.50 a month on each sale I make of Kenny’s course. And I make $197 on my own.
So, if I was in this for the money only it would make a lot more sense economically for me to promote Kenny’s course instead of my own!
The problem is I’m not just in this for the money. And I really believe in the value of my own course, Bulk REO Secrets.
I create real estate investing training to add value to people’s lives. Bulk REO investing works, is proven and it WILL add value (and a new profit center) to your real estate investing business.
If you buy my course, you get all my bulk REO bonuses. If you buy Kenny’s course, you get all of Kenny’s bonuses (plus the additional bonuses of whatever marketer’s link you buy through.)

Isn’t it reo properties are listed with realtor meaning the bank will ask you to contact the realtor?
if you do that how can you go without dealing with agent?

Hi Eddie. Some banks have relationships with Realtors. Many smaller local banks and credit unions (portfolio lenders) do not. Plus, even if a bank has multiple listings with an agent sometimes they will accept a bulk offer.
Way to stay true to your product and not sell out Susan. That’s why I keep telling everyone that you totally reek of awesomeness! Probably one of the few real mentors who actually gives real value without all the hoopla. I don’t buy anything from anyone else anymore.

You are being way too kind to Kenny, so let me say it 4 you! Kenny is a RIPOFF ARTIST!
He just ‘copied you” and dressed it up to charge an “arm & a leg.”!!!
Your course shows you really care for the common person, not just in it 4 the money!
His is just another “super-Hype”, designed to “sell the Dream’ to a bunch of unsuspecting fools, whoever buy it.

Although I’m not into the REO thing in a big way, I would sure recommend your course anyday over that idiot’s.
Anybody can tell by his “fast-talking’ “used car salesman’ approach in his videos, he is “setting up the viewers” for the big pitch. Ha! Thousands of dollars will be wasted by many people who “get Burned” by him, they can’t get 1 of those delas done, cause it’s always HARDER THAN THEY MAKE IT SOUND!

Just received your email and read through it about all the hype about Kenny Rushing Bulk REO course.
For the last few weeks I have been inundated with emails from quite a few people, many times a day about this course
worth $22,000,$9,999 plus plus and then bonuses on top. I now understand that these so called gurus are only affiliates competing with each other for their commission.
Don’t they realize that sending three to four emails a day for the same Webinar is over-doing that puts people off. This Webinar lasted 2 1/4 hours rather than
1 1/2 hours as indicated.
I am sick of it.

You have to recognize, that this is INFORMATION marketing. Kenny knows full well, that the possible competition he’s creating is so minimal compared to what he’ll pull down with this course, that it will only add to the marketing machine he is creating.
With that said, I’m glad he is taking the initiative to nudge the banks into some kind of action, instead of them taking our money and hiding their heads in the sand.
Most people who buy this information, won’t do anything about it, but I would love to get that mailing list.

Please accept my condolances. I haven’t bought a “launch product” yet and this sure won’t be the first. The whole process is starting to discuss me and smacks of the dot com bubble hype of 10 years ago. If I decide I want to work the bulk REO game I’ll be doing it with your course. The Main problem with Bulk REO’s is that they are at the lowest LEVEL that the Banks use to get rid of properties…most people would call it the JUNK Level and you do get stuck with some “GIVEAWAYS”.
Then, you have to finds some NEWBIE INVESTORS to “Flip Them” to that use Comparable Appraisals instead of Income Appraisals.
The Downpayment on the Contract to Buy would be beyond most Investors but if 120+ Days are allowed to get the Final Financing it does give the Buyer time to unload at least half of them before the final funds come thru.
So, the END BUYER is usually the LOSER in
this REO BULK BUYING strategy.

Cost wise your offering is a lot cheaper.
Kenny comes out ahead with his verifiable
$100M compared to $2M. That does not mean
I will buy his course knowing well that
Bulk REO is a new concept for me.

My condolences on the passing or your aunt. As for the Bulk REO packages, anyone with enough sense and gumtion to get into realsestate investing could do the rsearch and come up with the same information in either of these packages. It is nice to save time and purchase a package with the work already done for them, afterall “Time is Money.” Yours is a reasonable price for the work alrady done. Kenny’s is outrageous with a lot of unnessary stuff added to bump up the price.

You are so smart and that’s why I love you dearly. You even had a way of turning this rah rah launch into a confirmation that you are the best mentor and friend to all of us investors. It comes natural for you and it shows, and I like my flip flops and shorts too. Your training is worth its weight in gold and you have more sense in you than any of the mentors out there. Besides, by the time Kenny was nearing the end of the webinar I was so physically and mentally drained by all the hype that I had to take a long shower. It was worse than listening to an infomercial. He provided enough good information in his free videos prior to the launch and that part was very really good. There may be so many newbies calling for bulk reos that the rules may change altogether for that market. Gabrielle

Rushing..I sat on his 21/2 hour sales pitch, did research and found your course for a fraction. Since I bought from Preston Ely which I can’t complain about his coure, I have been inundated with emails from his friends. Stay real and you will be blessed in all that you do!

Proof of funds letters are easy to get for free. You don’t have to buy anything to get them so if someone puts “proof of funds letters” in front of you to get you to buy their course, run away as fast as you can and don’t look back. I usually get no more than $40 million to get into deals I want, although my lender goes as high as $100 million like Kenny’s. And I don’t have to spend a penny for this, what a concept!

I have received emails from a slough of “gurus”. And I too am tired of all the hype. I just want a course and some assistance with doing my first deal. After that point, I know I will be fine. My back is against the wall, and I have no-where else to turn. I am a realtor in Georgia, and has been strugglling for the past 3 years. I’ve lost my wife, house, kids, and sanity.
