You can't legally solicit these people right out of the gate. You'll need to establish a relationship with them first. I have more info on how to do that here: http://www.syndicationsuccess.com

I am a private person who just wants to borrow money from other private people (investors) to purchase cheap houses.

These investors will hold a first mortgage on the house that is valued at 2 to 4 times their investment they set the interest rate.

What do I need to do to borrow money legally when I send out letters and emails to persons who have loaned private money before?

I am not a large company and the loans I seek run $10 to 15,000. on each deal. Over the next two years I would not need more than 2 to300,000. with loans based at 10 to 15,000. each.

I am a one man operator and do not plan to hire any more employes.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Just able to listen to the interview/presentation you did with Brad Wozny and I am so happy to have that information and this resource. I know I will listen to the module again but having this resource is going to be great! I want to raise some fundds through a portfolio lender--my credit union. I am going to look for information as to how to best do this in your materials. I purchased an SEC Bible from the other group. Do you think I should keep it or return it? I have not "opened" it as yet.
Thanks again.
