What do I need to do to borrow money legally when I send out letters and emails to persons who have loaned private money before? I am not a large company and the loans I seek run $10 to 15,000. on each deal. Over the next two years I would not need more than 2 to300,000. with loans based at 10 to 15,000. each. I am a one man operator and do not plan to hire any more employes. Any help will be most appreciated.
