Hey Susan, I just caught webinar where you were introducing your “Bulk REO Secrets” package, and I read your post comparing your product to Kenny Rushing’s product. I am a complete newbie, and I don’t want to shell out the $1500 for Kenny’s course. Will your course still work for me?
For a COMPLETE newbie you’d be better off with Kenny’s. But I cover everything in detail except due diligence. Investors should already know how to evaluate properties if they’re going into bulk purchases in my opinion.
You mentioned on the “Relationship Financing” call about a Power Point presentation already used by one of your associates that would be helpful to us.
Could you tell me again where can we find it?
What real estate method do you suggest using to get the fastest roi?
Bulk REOs seem to have a longer roi?

2. What is the main difference between the Syndication success course and private money blueprint you wrote with Trevor? Which of these courses would you reconmend for a commercial investing looking to raise large capital?
3. I missed your “gettingthemoney event in Dever, I can imagine it was a great event, can you make the recording available? Including the course material for folks who both missed the events or who could not afford the cost to attend? (Not too expensive please) Looking forward to your response.
1. All courses are digitally delivered online except Syndication Success which is also sent to your home.
2. PMBP is a beginner’s course to raising private money. SS is for those who have some experience raising private money but now want to pool that capital and syndicate large deals.
3. The next live GTM event is March 2012. The Getting the Money home study program will launch September 2011.It will include SOME of the tactics for the live event but not all.

I value highly your sincerity and the honest approach towards your RE Educational Business you run. Obviously, you’re not “Hit and Run” case. You would rather have some people not buying your Educational Material if you see that they are not willing to do their part to make it work and successful. So, who would be the better person but you to help me solve this dilemma I have regarding the purchase of yours Bulk REOS. Here is the scenario for you. . .
I was a Mortgage Banker for almost a decade but back in 2007, during the collapse of our (US) Financial Industry and deterioration of RE Market, we lost a Brokerage and Direct Lending Institution (Bank) within six months of all that mess. By the mid of 2007 year, we were officially out of business. . . I never really recovered financially. As a matter of fact, to top it all – I had to battle serious disease for a year that was threatening to turn into a cancer and take me out for good. Just recently I kicked it out of my body, recovered and I’m ready to take on life – once again and start it all from scratches, just like I did with Mortgage Banking.
I have a lot of experience in dealing with banks even though Rules and Regulations have changed dramatically since I was doing business with them. Therefore, lingo is the least of my worries. . . I helped a lot of RE Investors and moved a lot of money for them but I personally haven’t been RE Investor my-self. I’m still home owner though but I doubt that really counts as serious RE Investing. I do not want to go about the reasons here, but I have to start making serious money again and I have to do it soon. If nothing else, so I can bring my supportive wife back home that’s been commuting 150 miles every day for 5 years to keep us floating and never losing a smile and kind heart and words for me.
I am seriously considering buying your Bulk REOS and focusing on brokering deals till I get a grip of the business and learn more about commercial RE Investing, Commercial RE Law, Rules and Regulations, etc. The way I see it – if I was able to build successful Mortgage Banking Business, than this should be a piece of cake for me. And, that’s what scares me the most . . . the way I see it. However, if you are willing to work with me One-on-One as you state in your guarantee, than I have no doubts in my success. . . So Susan, I had to talk to you about this and take it from the expert. Now you know a little about me but quite enough to paint an accurate picture about my enthusiasm, abilities, proficiency, etc. Anyway, my dilemma is. . . Should I buy your Bulk REOS? What do you think?!!
