		<description>I really like your infor about find your funding first because the last two yrs studying private investing I&#039;ve always been &quot;told find the deal,&quot; &quot;the money will follow&quot; and to be quite honest I do have one person that&#039;s a mortgage lender that told me, &quot;find a good deal&quot; and if it&#039;s workable we&#039;ll do, and I&#039;ll get a finder&#039;s fee.But he also so said it can&#039;t be listed (MLS)property. I&#039;m in Oregon and as long as I understand the law as long as I don&#039;t represent any buyer or seller in any transactions I&#039;m not violating any real estate laws not being a licensed real estate agent or broker. One of my main concerns I know a agent who is also a private investor and we want to work together but we don&#039;t to break any laws by me birdogging for him and him paying me a finder&#039;s fee. Should I talk to a real estate lawyer about and spent the $200 hr to be safe?</description>
